Thinking out loud

Zara knit, ripped jeans and jacket, Superga platform sneaks, Louis Vuitton speedy bag,
Zara necklace and faux pear bangle, H&M bracelet, I AM ring and earrings.

With all the craze and obsession about the 70's comeback this season, some of us might have forgotten
that the 90's is still ruling big. And while I am myself on a race to stock up my closet with all the
70's inspired new pieces, the 90's is still and will always be taking the most space of my closet.

When we think 90's we think grunge, we think denim, platform shoes, ripped jeans, overalls with
stripes down, neon colors, mood rings, large T-shirts, oversized sweaters, and dress over pants.
And while not so many people approve on the latter, as long as Sarah Jessica Parker does, I am safe.

That 70's show

Zara blazer, shirt and pants, H&M hat, Prada clutch, Brian Atwood boots, Bvlgari serpenti watch.

When I think about fashion week, the 70's is definitely the first thing that comes on my mind. After invading
the catwalks with bold and beautiful prints, swingy fringes, retro flares and floppy wide brim hats it proved
that the 70's trend is coming here to stay and I can't be any happier about it! I've always been so fascinated
about the 70's era, the way people used to live and how dress. And although I'm not usually a person who
gets too dedicated for a trend, I am sure that the 70's will take over a huge space in my closet this summer.

So here is an outfit that I paired a while ago while being inspired by the 70's, it has actually more of
a modern days/70's vibe which in my opinion made it even more appealing. That day I opted for
a total monochrome look and decided to spice it just a little bit with this gorgeous red velvet Prada
clutch. I love how this outfit turned to have all the elements that make it perfect! Black, white, retro
flares, figure flattering cuts & comfort. I really don't think you can ask for more. Can you?

What do you think about the 70's trend comeback? Would you?
I know it's only Monday but I really feel like throwing an "Almost Famous" themed party!

Happy Mondaaay!

I'm dotty about you

Zara coat, Clémence Poésy pour Pablo dress, T.U.K. Mondo creeper, Religion clothing UK clutch,
H&M hat, TOPSHOP socks, I AM accessories bracelet.

A wise woman once said "Polka dots are fabulous." and yes baby they are! Yayoi Kusama interpreted her
hallucinations by drawing polka dots on objects, she also said "A polka-dot has the form of the sun, which
is a symbol of the energy of the whole world and our living life, and also the form of the moon, which is calm.
Round, soft, colorful, senseless and unknowing. Polka-dots become movement. Polka dots are a way to infinity."

As a big fan of Kusama's work you can imagine my obsession with polka dots too, these tiny little numerous
dots that quickly draw a big stupid smile on my face. And that's exactly how my face looked when I received
this beautiful dress in the mail. My first thought was, now I can finally have the chance to wear my T.U.K.
creepers which I got from Nasty Gal few months ago, and I honestly can't imagine pairing it with anything
else! I love the result of mixing delicate and grunge in this outfit, but of course that's no surprise. And I'm
certainly obsessed about the volumes my dress creates while moving, hence all those dancing photos lol.

Happy Mondayyy!
